Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

Information – information (messages, data) regardless of the form of their presentation.

Destruction of personal data – actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

Depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the identity of personal data to a specific subject of personal data without the use of additional information.

The personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.

The Company processes personal data on the basis of general principles:

• legality and fair basis;
• restrictions on the processing of personal data to achieve specific, pre-defined and legitimate purposes;
• separation of databases containing personal data, the processing of which is incompatible with each other;
• compatibility of personal data processing with the purposes of collection;
• compliance of the content and volume of personal data processed with the stated purposes of processing. The processed personal data is not redundant in relation to the stated purposes of their processing;
• ensuring the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, if necessary, their relevance to the purposes of personal data processing when processing personal data;
• storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows you to determine the subject of personal data, no longer than the purposes of processing personal data require, if the period of storage of personal data is not established by federal law or contract, unless another period is established by federal law, contract to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor;
• destruction or depersonalization of personal data upon achieving the purposes of processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these goals, unless otherwise provided by federal law;
• ensuring the confidentiality and security of the processed personal data.

The Company processes personal data in order to carry out the Company's activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Company's Charter.

The legal grounds for processing personal data to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy are federal laws and regulations related to the Company's activities, the Company's Charter, contracts for which the personal data subject is the beneficiary or guarantor, and the consent of the personal data subject.

Purpose of personal data processing: establishing personal contacts to provide information about the Company and its activities, services and works provided, events organized and conducted by the Company; providing news materials; for other purposes, when the Company has received consent from the personal data subject for such use.

The Company takes all necessary measures when processing personal data to protect them from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
